Tui’s second day clicker training
The aim of today was to just continue to work on “don’t rob me” and hand targeting. I also added walk with me.

Practical tips
Note that the sessions are very short. We generally keep our sessions short so that the horse isnt getting physically or mentally tired. Also, with having breaks inbetween sessions, the horse gets a chance to think and process the previous session. Depending on the horse, what stage the horse is up to, how hot it is, etc, we sometimes train just 1 session a day, and sometimes as many as 20. Because Tui is new to clicker training, I pay close attention to her to see if she is showing any signs of getting tired.
Also, we do most of our training 'naked', that is, the horse doesnt have any bridle, halter, headcollar or rope on them. The paddock is big enough that they can choose to not participate.
